Abstract:  The dose of continuous renal replacement therapy （ CRRT）  is a crucial parameter that influences the clinical therapeutic effectiveness and prognosis of patients. The gradual decline of filter performance during CRRT will lead to the deviation between delivered doses estimated based on effluent and the actual doses received by patients， which may affect therapeutic effectiveness. Monitoring filter performance throughout CRRT is essential for ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes. This paper aims to briefly outline the progress of research related to filter performance monitoring during CRRT.
